Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight
Supervise and coordinate floor activities during operating hours, ensuring all service areas run efficiently and guests receive exceptional service. -
Team Supervision:
Manage waitstaff, bar teams, and Guest Relations Officers during shifts—ensuring everyone is in position, performing to standard, and aligned with SOPs. -
Guest Experience:
Engage with guests throughout the evening to ensure satisfaction, handle complaints or special requests diplomatically, and create a warm, lively atmosphere. -
Coordination & Timing:
Work closely with the DJ, lighting crew, bar, and security team to maintain seamless transitions during events or peak crowd moments. -
Discipline & Support:
Monitor staff behavior and appearance, enforce discipline when needed, and motivate the team to maintain top-tier service quality. -
Problem Solving:
Quickly identify and resolve any floor issues—from table mix-ups to staff shortages—with a calm, solution-oriented approach. -
Reporting:
Prepare shift reports, log incidents, and communicate feedback to upper management.
